Victorian London, 1888, chronicled the worst unsolved murders the city has ever known. These gruesome murders shocked the world, and London was torn apart by fear and hate as the angry mob howled for the blood of this murderous monster which Scotland Yard was unable to apprehend. Scotland Yard Inspector O'Neill (Byrne) welcomes a visit from his old friend, New York City detective Sam Lowry (Patterson), who agrees to assist with the investigation.
